Refund Policy
Last updated: June 19, 2026
WhatsMine is sold as downloadable software through the CodeCanyon marketplace, so refunds are governed by Envato’s buyer protection and refund rules. We always recommend testing the live demo and reviewing the features and documentation thoroughly before purchasing.
When you may be eligible for a refund
In line with Envato’s rules, you can generally request a refund if:
- The item is “not as described” — it materially differs from this page or the item description.
- The item has a proven, security-related or major defect that we are unable to fix within a reasonable time.
- The item stops working due to an update and cannot be reasonably repaired.
When refunds are typically not granted
- You changed your mind or no longer need the item after downloading it.
- You bought it by mistake, or purchased the wrong license type (subject to Envato’s discretion).
- You lack the skills or server environment to use the item, where requirements are clearly stated.
- The issue is caused by third-party services (e.g. Meta API changes, hosting limits) outside the item.
How to request a refund
Because purchases are processed by Envato, refund requests are submitted through Envato. Please first contact us so we can try to resolve the issue — most problems are configuration-related and can be fixed quickly with author support. If we cannot resolve it, you may open a refund request via the Envato refund process.
Our support commitment
Every purchase includes 6 months of author support (extendable to 12 months). We’re committed to helping you get up and running. Reach out at support@spagreen.net or through our CodeCanyon profile before requesting a refund — we’re confident we can help.
This policy summarizes how refunds work and does not override Envato’s official terms. In the event of any conflict, Envato’s buyer terms and refund rules apply.
