Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the WhatsMine marketing website at https://whatsmine.spagreen.net and your relationship with SpaGreen Creative regarding the WhatsMine software (“the Software”). By using the Site or the Software, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Software & licensing

WhatsMine is a self-hosted application sold through the CodeCanyon marketplace. Your right to use the Software is granted under the Envato license you purchase (Regular or Extended). Those license terms, together with the Envato license terms, control what you may and may not do with the Software. See our Licensing page for a plain-language summary.

2. Permitted use

• You may install the Software on servers you control and configure it for your business or clients.
• You may modify the source code for your own use, subject to your license.
• To charge end users for access to the Software, you must hold an Extended License.

3. Restrictions

• You may not redistribute, resell or sublicense the Software’s source code as a stand-alone item.
• You may not remove or misrepresent authorship or license information except for permitted white-labeling.
• You may not use the Software for unlawful purposes or to send spam or content that violates the policies of connected providers (e.g. Meta).

4. Third-party services

The Software integrates with third-party services such as Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API, Facebook, Instagram, AI providers and SMS gateways. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and pricing. You are responsible for obtaining the necessary accounts, keys and approvals and for complying with their policies.

5. Updates & support

Item updates are provided for the lifetime of the product. Author support is provided for the period included with your purchase (6 months, extendable to 12 months on CodeCanyon) and covers installation help, configuration questions and bug fixes — not custom development.

6. Intellectual property

The Software, the WhatsMine name and the WhatsMine brand assets are owned by SpaGreen Creative. Your license grants a right to use the Software; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and the Software are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpaGreen Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or the Software.

9. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with the Envato/CodeCanyon refund rules. See our Refund Policy for details.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
